During its demonstration of the Google TV service, which is yet another effort by a tech giant to meld television programming and the Internet, Google (GOOG 473.50, -1.51, -0.32%) executives showcased how its service will use Adobe Systems Inc.'s (ADBE 31.40, -0.34, -1.07%) next version of Flash, a technology that has lead to a feud between Adobe and Apple Inc. (AAPL 236.15, -1.61, -0.68%) . See Google news here.
Google product manager Rishi Chandra said, "It turns out on the Internet people use Flash," and added that "part of being open means you're inclusive," a jab at Apple's blocking applications which use Flash on its new iPad tablet and the iPhone.
